  • Clients are encouraged to notify O2 SkinLab in advance for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling

  • No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits or sessions, at the clinic’s discretion

7. Refund Policy

  • Treatments and services already rendered are non-refundable

  • Refunds for unused sessions or packages are not guaranteed and are subject to management approval

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed in the original form of payment or clinic credit
